Overview As a Partnerships Associate you’ll be at the forefront of expanding Wayfair’s European supplier base. Pitch Wayfair’s value proposition to prospective suppliers across Europe Support supplier onboarding and activation to meet monthly growth KPIs Attend industry trade shows and supplier meetings to identify opportunities Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience Exceed supplier acquisition and product onboarding targets
Qualifications
Early‑career experience in sales, business development or eCommerce Entrepreneurial, hands‑on mindset with a drive to succeed Strong organization and attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment Excellent relationship‑building skills with internal and external stakeholders

Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $33,000 – $40,000 per year. Schedule: Monday–Thursday in‑office, Friday remote.
