As the Training & Resources Administrator, you'll be the vital support behind the Training & Resources Coordinator by helping to organise, update and manage all things admin across training and supply logistics. From inboxes and spreadsheets to booking support and equipment tracking, you'll help keep everything running like clockwork.

A day of play...
COORDINATE & DELIVER
- Support with organising internal training activities and bookings
- Help prepare and update training materials, session packs, and supporting documents
- Keep track of learning requirements of teams communicate when re-training is required
- Assist with setting up and updating training records, schedules, and event trackers
- Communicate with venues and providers to support training logistics and confirmations
- Take ownership of key admin tasks, managing shared inboxes, trackers, documents, and approvals
- Maintain up-to-date training records, staff attendance, and compliance logs
- Support with user updates, course uploads and reporting on our learning management system
- Track and update internal IT equipment records through our asset management system
- Help process and log resource orders, track deliveries, and escalate any delays or issues
- Support with invoice checks, budget trackers, and supplier records
- Assist with the admin behind setting openings, closures, and acquisitions, including delivery tracking and returns
- Liaise with the warehouse partner to check inventory logs, record stock movements, and support efficient supply coordination
- Help gather quotes, compare suppliers, and prepare purchase order documentation
- Keep resource files, supplier lists, and contract records up to date and well organised
- Spot opportunities to simplify admin processes and make everyday tasks more efficient
- Provide day-to-day admin support to the Training & Resources Coordinator, responding to requests and keeping key systems up to date
- Pitch in on projects, tasks or new ideas - your flexibility and can-do attitude will be valued every day
- Play a key part in helping our teams stay equipped, trained and supported to deliver amazing experiences in every club
- You've got strong admin experience and love bringing order to busy systems and schedules
- You enjoy working behind the scenes to support success, and take pride in doing the detail right
- You're digitally confident with Microsoft 365 (especially Outlook, Excel and Teams) and happy learning new tools
- You're proactive, responsive, and enjoy keeping things well-organised and up to date
- You've got great communication skills and are comfortable working independently and with others
- You're flexible, self-motivated, and excited to support a mission-led team in a part-time role that makes a real impact
