Sales Consultant – POS Terminals & Merchant Services

Location: UK (Remote / Field-Based)

Type: Commission only

Compensation: Uncapped Commission + Residuals + Equity Pathway

Role Overview

We’re looking for experienced, results-driven sales consultants with a background in merchant services, POS terminals, or payment solutions to join our growing field team. As a Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for bringing the POS product to market, onboarding merchants, and earning generous commissions with residual income from your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, pitch, and close deals with merchants for POS terminals
• Own the end-to-end sales cycle: from prospecting to onboarding
• Educate merchants on the benefits of our platform and pricing model
• Set your own margins and pricing structure (within flexible limits)
• Operate autonomously in your region while leveraging our digital tools
• Earn immediate payouts plus lifetime revenue share per merchant onboarded

What We're Looking For

Experience selling POS terminals, card machines, merchant accounts, or ePOS

Background in ISO, merchant services, B2B field sales, or payment consultants

Motivated by commission, financial freedom, and flexible hours

Proven ability to generate and close your own leads

Familiarity with SMEs and retail/commerce client needs

Tech-savvy and confident in setting up merchants digitally

Based in the UK or Ireland, with right to work
