Payroll Administrator (Hybrid) - Northampton - GBP Negotiable

Our global client is urgently seeking to hire a Payroll Specialist to join their Payroll team on a hybrid basis, working in the office 3 days per week.

You will be responsible for managing payrolls for the Channel Islands, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely delivery. You will build internal relationships, manage audits, validate employee pay, and ensure payroll controls are completed on time.

The client is looking for a Payroll professional with previous experience in Channel Islands payroll or processing UK mainland payrolls, and who is willing to be trained in processing payrolls for Jersey, Guernsey, etc.
