Payroll Administrator - 6 Months - Todmorden, Hybrid
We are working with a leading global engineering company who are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-impact payroll transformation project while ensuring accurate and compliant payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the transition to a new off-site payroll platform
- Process weekly and monthly payrolls with precision
- Maintain and update payroll systems (SAP)
- Liaise with vendors for system support and enhancements
- Handle payroll queries and ensure employee satisfaction
- Reconcile payroll results and manage statutory payments
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accuracy
- Monitor time and attendance systems and correct discrepancies
Requirements
- Minimum 3 year's experience in a payroll role
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance
- Proficient in SAP payroll and MS Office (Excel including VBA)
- Experience with time recording systems and shift evaluations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- CIPP qualification is a plus
