We are partnered with a successful and growing multinational insurance holding company. They are seeking a driven and passionate payroll professional to join their payroll department and work closely with the payroll & benefits manager & senior payroll & benefits specialist to ensure accurate monthly payroll processing for all employees.

Key responsibilities of the role include

* Assisting the payroll & benefits team with outsourced processing of monthly payroll for UK and EMEA countries
* Liaise with the outsourced payroll provider – checking output provided and making corrections
* Assist with the administration of employee benefits for the UK including cycle to work, PMI, pension and season ticket loans
* Acting as a main point of contact for complex payroll & benefit queries
* Support with the administration of EMEA benefit schemes

Experienced required

* Strong UK & EMEA payroll experience
* Knowledge of statutory entitlements
* Proactive mindset and confident working autonomously
* A keenness progress and develop payroll career
* Experience of Workday is desirable
