We are currently looking for a Payroll Implementation Consultant focused on guiding larger Bureau clients through their software implementation journey with Employment Hero and KeyPay. The role blends client-facing engagement with internal collaboration. You will manage a portfolio of clients, design and deliver training on best practices, and support a smooth implementation, while contributing to process improvements and content creation.
Your key focus areas
- Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to deliver outcomes for Bureau customers
- Design, develop and deliver Payroll and HR implementation training based on best practice
- Maintain system, client and industry knowledge; contribute to internal training
- Work with your Team Lead to identify and alleviate challenges
- Review client feedback and support sustainable improvements
This will include the following
- Manage a portfolio of larger Bureau clients, ensuring a smooth transition between systems
- Support client system understanding and build in-platform solutions for portfolio requirements
- Educate clients on best practices using the Employment Hero & KeyPay platform
- Respond to client communications within SLAs
- Attend on-site training with clients as required
- Design, develop and support content creation
- Ensure data accuracy for reporting and handover to other teams
- Use data to review process delivery and identify improvement opportunities
- Foster collaboration with the Customer Experience (CX) team and drive continuous improvement
- Provide subject-matter expertise to support initiatives, projects and knowledge sharing
Who You Are
To thrive at Employment Hero, you should embody The EH Way—focused, agile, and impact-driven. For this role, you will bring:
- 2+ years of implementation and training experience with a track record of managing complex, client-facing projects
- Expert knowledge of current legislative payroll requirements in the UK
- Experience creating and maintaining learning content to support new products and adoption
- Extensive Payroll or HR Implementations experience with understanding of implementation journeys
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients and colleagues at all levels
- Proven stakeholder management skills and experience driving change
- Strong time management skills and ability to manage high-volume projects
- A passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge with others
