CMA HR Recruitment is partnering exclusively with a well-established organisation for the recruitment of a hands-on Payroll Officer, to be part of a successful payroll team.
Our client is a highly respected organisation with a strong reputation on the South Coast, and is seeking a hands-on payroll professional to join their friendly team on an initial 3 month fixed term contract basis.
Responsibilities
- Managing a multi, end-to-end, high volume payroll process for 4 weekly paid employees
- Ensuring all statutory and regulatory compliance (HMRC, pensions, NI, etc.)
- Driving continuous improvement and automation in payroll systems and processes
- Dealing with all payroll queries
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Payroll Officer, or Payroll Senior in a fast paced, high-volume environment
- Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation, Tax, NI, and pension schemes
- Experience using integrated payroll/HRIS systems such as iTrent, ADP, Sage, or similar
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communicator with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
