A great opportunity has become available to join our team in Manchester as Payroll Specialist.
In this role you will be responsible for processing payroll and administering payrolls through 3 rd party vendors across the UK, France, Italy, DACH countries, the Nordics, Benelux countries, Middle East, Iberia and Africa, ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulations, and timely delivery. You will be at the helm of continuous improvement and innovation projects contributing towards our operational excellence.
We are looking for candidates with in-depth knowledge of payroll processes and laws in European Countries who are familiar with ADP payroll software system and have understanding of Sox compliance.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge of payroll processes and laws (e.g., tax laws, social security, P11D and garnishments) in European Countries including UK, Germany, Italy, France, Spain
- Familiarity with payroll software systems (eg ADP iHCM/Celergo), absence management systems (eg eDays, ADP Workforce Manager), HR systems (eg Oracle iCloud HCM) and ability to generate and interpret various payroll reports
- Knowledge of HR processes and data including Benefits and Compensation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
- Continuous improvement mindset, always seeking ways to streamline and enhance work processes
- Adaptable to change and open to learning and applying new techniques and software.
