C&C Search is currently recruiting for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join a new division of an Accountancy Firm. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a client portfolio and using BrightPay.

Job Details
- Title: Payroll Specialist - BrightPay
- Salary: £34,000 - £40,000
- Benefits: Great benefits, pension scheme, and autonomy in a low turnover environment
Responsibilities
- Manage complex payrolls for a growing client book
- Process statutory payments accurately
- Build positive stakeholder relationships
- Authorize BACS transactions, prepare reports and analyses
- Use BrightPay for payroll processing
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings
- Oversee P60s and P11Ds
- Collaborate with IT on system upgrades
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a payroll specialist with BrightPay proficiency
- Strong stakeholder management skills and client handling experience
- Experience with payroll implementation preferred
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to perform manual calculations accurately
- Minimum CIPP Foundation Degree
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
