Payroll Specialist | Hybrid-Working

I am working closely with a superb business in Crawley to recruit a Payroll Specialist in what will be a newly created position.

As a result of growth/acquisition, they are looking for someone to own the end Payroll and Benefits administration for circa 600+ employees, inclusive of updating all new starters/leavers, calculating deductions and overtime.

Responsibilities:

  • Updating all new starters/leavers, calculating deductions and overtime
  • Calculating SSP and SMP
  • Creating Payroll reports
  • Administering P11Ds and P60s
  • RTI submissions

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in an end to end Payroll position (either gained in industry or practice)
  • An eye for improving payroll systems/processes
  • Be comfortable operating as the “go to” payroll specialist within the company
