Job Role: Payroll Advisor (Workday)– 12 Month FTC
Salary: £30k - £35k and Excellent Benefits package

Summary
A new position has opened up for a Payroll Advisor with Workday experience to play a crucial role at a UK-wide manufacturing business. The role is being offered on as a 12 month FTC, with a hybrid working pattern from their Leeds office.
They are looking for someone who can provide excellent and responsive end to end payroll services, provide specialist Workday payroll advice, and ensuring all transactions are compliant. The role has opened as the company are currently undergoing a transition from their current payroll platform into Workday – so experience here will be crucial to ensure the success.
They are eager for an individual to bring in new ideas and initiatives on how to improve processes and systems! It’s great opportunity to have your voice and opinions heard.

The Role
You’ll be joining a high energy environment so they are looking for an individual with a proactive approach and expert levels of organization. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist the company with the transition into Workday.
- Support annual pay reviews and bonus processes
- Administer employee benefits
- Manage the production of P11d’s
- Management, processing and review of weekly and monthly transactional activities
- Implement and monitor payroll process documentation
- Share ideas, and your expertise across the business.
