Are you an experienced Pensions professional looking to take the next step in your career with an industry leading Third Party Administrator? We are seeking a Pensions Specialist to join a growing team, working on a portfolio of complex DB and DC Pension schemes.
In this role, you will partner closely with a large and complex client and be responsible for completing advanced Pension calculations, supporting client delivery, and mentoring junior colleagues. You will also play a key role in process improvements and project work, ensuring high standards of service and compliance across all client activity.
Responsibilities
- Managing and checking advanced DB/DC calculations
- Supporting Client Managers with reporting and compliance requirements
- Collaborating with colleagues across multiple functions on projects and process improvements
- Handling complex technical and client-facing queries
- Taking ownership of allocated work and contributing to a high-performance team
Qualifications
- Strong technical expertise in both DB and DC Pensions
- Experience working on large, complex Pension schemes
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills and confidence in client-facing situations
- Proficiency in Excel with the ability to analyse and manipulate data
