The Role You’ll advise a broad mix of clients, including corporates, pension scheme trustees, financial institutions, and government bodies, on both contentious and non‑contentious matters. The work is varied and stimulating — from regulatory and trustee issues to the pensions aspects of major cross‑border transactions. What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting partners and senior lawyers on a range of pension matters. Advising on benefit changes, scheme funding and deficits, restructuring, de‑risking, mergers, and wind‑ups. Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

Qualified solicitor with ideally 2–5 years’ PQE in pensions law (other levels considered). Solid understanding of corporate transactions and pensions regulation. Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills. Team player with a proactive, client‑focused mindset.
