Job Description:
What will you be doing?
You will be working on a variety of projects; working alongside our market-leading de-risking team to assist schemes as they prepare for buy-out/buy in, assisting with GMP data preparedness and the future Pensions Dashboard. Other work will include helping schemes meet their regulatory data requirements and supporting the wider data team on internal projects (such as new business transition). Our clients are a mixture of existing LCP administration clients, and clients administered elsewhere but seeking LCP’s expertise to meet their strategic objectives.
You will need to have experience in pensions data, actuarial science, or pensions administration who are looking to work on dynamic and fast-paced projects, and to utilise your technical expertise to execute solutions.
What skills and experience are we looking for?
- Knowledge of DB pension schemes, from a Pensions Actuarial background
- Ability to create bulk solutions to undertaken complex pension scheme calculations
- Able to prioritise workloads with conflicting importance, keeping to deadlines, agreed service levels and disclosure requirements
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Keenness to take an active role to guarantee client satisfaction for the duration of projects and have a readiness to foster new relationships
- Able to work within agreed budgets and scopes
