The Vacancy
Our Third Party Administration (TPA) department is a dynamic team handling a diverse portfolio of clients. We provide market-leading services on Defined Benefits (DB), Defined Contribution (DC), and CARE pension arrangements.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Pensions Project Administrator to join our Data Journey team in either our Edinburgh or Glasgow office.
Role Overview
You will support pensions data enhancement projects, including preparing schemes for Dashboard connection, data cleansing for buy-in projects, and GMP equalisation, working with the TPA Data Journey Projects Team nationally.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist with pensions data cleansing and electronic data management under supervision.
- Contribute to the production of project closure reports.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth project progression.
- Run data extracts, analyze data, and prepare reports and correspondence.
- Follow office procedures, document communications, and comply with regulations.
- Perform administrative duties such as mailing and helpline support.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English.
- Knowledge of DB pensions and relevant project experience.
- Administrative experience and data handling skills.
- Strong analytical, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables).
