The Role

As our People Advisor, you’ll:

• Provide expert guidance on people policies and best practice
• Support line managers with employee relations and performance management
• Support wellbeing, and inclusion across the organisation
• CIPD Level 5 (or working towards it) or equivalent experience
• A collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A genuine desire to support people and promote a positive workplace culture
