As a People Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping the growth and success of the Product and Engineering teams. Acting as both a strategic advisor to leaders and an advocate for employees, you will foster a culture of development, engagement, and performance. You will design and implement HR practices, coach leaders, manage change initiatives, and ensure seamless execution of people-related processes. This role requires someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments, brings strong HR expertise, and is confident navigating complex challenges. With your work, you'll enable leaders and teams to reach their full potential and drive long-term organizational impact.
Accountabilities
- Design and implement HR and management practices including workforce planning, onboarding, performance management, career development, and succession planning
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders by providing mentorship, coaching, and guidance on complex HR cases
- Own and evolve HR processes and policies across the Product function, ensuring efficient and impactful implementation
- Lead change management efforts, including HRIS system rollouts, organizational changes, and policy updates
- Partner with leadership to design and launch career development frameworks and progression plans
- Collaborate with HR, Product, and cross-functional teams on initiatives that strengthen culture and enhance organizational effectiveness
- Drive adoption of new practices and systems, ensuring alignment across teams and high engagement
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in tech or high-growth environments
- Strong background in HR best practices with proven success implementing people strategies at scale
- Expertise in change management, stakeholder engagement, and navigating complex organizational challenges
- Highly adaptable, thriving in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience coaching leaders and building trust across all levels
- Ability to influence without direct authority, mobilizing teams to drive initiatives forward
- Ownership mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability
- Fluency in English and Russian
