Working as a senior, strategic HR professional providing advice to a number of senior managers across our clinical care groups this is a great opportunity for any business partner to put their skills to the test. You will be supporting the largest of the clinical Divisions, corporate teams and Trust wide programmes of work. You will be leading and contributing to improvement programmes putting people at the heart of everything we do.

In this role you will be the HR lead for all Directorate Senior Leadership teams within the Surgery and Cancer Division providing expert HR advice on all aspects of the employee life cycle. Working alongside specialist teams such as central investigation, recruitment and workforce information to ensure best support to our colleagues. The surgery and cancer division have the largest medical workforce in the Trust so someone with experience of medical contracts and providing support on doctors rotas and MHPS processes will be useful.

This role will give individuals an opportunity to test their HR skills by working in a strategic way to identify improvement programmes with staff experience at the centre based on workforce data.
