People & Culture (HR) Partner - Warner Bros. Studio Tour London (WBSTL) at Warner Bros. Discovery. You will provide generalist HR support across the business, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies while promoting best practice in all areas of HR. Reporting to the Senior People Partner, you’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations and employee relations.

You’ll also support the People & Culture Director in delivering key people initiatives, contributing to projects that enhance employee experience and drive continuous improvement across Warner Bros. Studio Tour London and Retail operations.

Hybrid Working

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.

Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter opened its doors to visitors on 31st March 2012. The attraction offers visitors the opportunity to see authentic sets and explore behind-the-scenes elements of the Harry Potter film series.

The Studio Tour has strong reviews across platforms. Tickets must be pre-booked at www.wbstudiotour.co.uk and cannot be bought at the attraction.

The Warner Bros. Worldwide Studio Tours & Retail division includes Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo and Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood, as well as Harry Potter Shops in multiple locations.
