Hybrid: 3 days in Office

Hawkwood are partnering with one of the UK’s leading AI scale ups, at the forefront of AI and Bio Tech, looking to reimagine the field. We are seeking an experienced strategic People Operation Coordinator to join their growing People team, driving Operational efficiency and influencing a positive and productive candidate performance.

What will you be doing as a People Operations Coordinator?

Take full ownership of Isomorphic’s onboarding and offboarding journeys - designing and optimising the process.

Be a driving force behind our employee lifecycle initiatives - from performance check-ins to career development programs.

Act as the go-to person for day-to-day People queries, partnering closely with the People Partners to guide employees through policies, processes, and best practices.

Support the People team behind the scenes by keeping everything coordinated and on track.

Dive into exciting People projects and drive key People practices forward.

What are we looking for from you?

You’ve worked in a fast-paced People Operations or HR team and know how to keep things moving.

You’re confident using HR systems and can quickly pick up new tools.

You’ve handled onboarding, offboarding, and right-to-work checks with accuracy and care.

You’re organised, detail-focused, and can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.

You build strong relationships and communicate clearly at all levels.
