What you will be doing:
- Provide essential administrative support across Resourcing, Temporary Staffing, and the Service Centre, with a strong focus on visa and right-to-work compliance for all workers.
- Lead on tracking and recording all visa types and end dates for all employees.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with internal audits for sponsored workers and all visa holders.
- Deliver high-quality service, managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, payroll changes, contractual changes, family leave, and leavers.
- Act as the first point of contact for HR queries from staff and managers.
Qualifications/Experience:
- NVQ Level 2 in a relevant subject or equivalent experience.
- Level 2 GCSE in Maths and English or equivalent.
- Experience with UKVI compliance.
- Experience in HR administrative roles.
- Experience working in busy environments with competing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Experience with HR and payroll systems.
