Our client, a fast‑growing D2C‑focused agency, is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale paid media activity for a portfolio of ambitious direct‑to‑consumer brands. This role is hands‑on, data‑driven, and ideal for someone who loves testing, optimisation, and driving measurable growth.
You’ll work closely with founders, e‑commerce teams, and creatives to build performance strategies that deliver real commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Own paid media strategy across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other performance channels
- Manage and optimise performance marketing budgets across multiple D2C clients
- Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and ROAS for e‑commerce brands
- Analyse performance data and turn insights into actionable optimisations
- Work closely with creative teams to test messaging, formats, and audiences
- Report on performance, results, and recommendations to clients
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Performance Marketing / Paid Media role, ideally within an agency or D2C environment
- Strong hands‑on experience with paid social and paid search
- Deep understanding of e‑commerce metrics such as ROAS, CAC, LTV, and AOV
- Analytical mindset with a test‑and‑learn approach
- Confident managing multiple clients and stakeholders
