A great opportunity to join Caudalie UK Team at our Head Office in Oxford Circus. We are on the lookout for a confident and enthusiastic individual with a passion for the beauty industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strong, effective relationships with our key retail partners, with autonomy to create best in class retail plans to accelerate the brand.

JOB MISSIONS

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Reporting to the Head of Key Accounts, you will be the key point of contact for existing retailers and pure play beauty customers, building strong relationships to design, implement and execute winning business plans with full commercial responsibilities
  • Working alongside Marketing to ensure all new product launches, activations and campaigns run smoothly, with great on-site merchandising and brand expression
  • Preparing and delivering strategy meetings, negotiating JBPs & terms, allocating trade tools and optimising promotional plans with your accounts
  • Proactively exploring new opportunities and ideas for the brand to strengthen online presence, with regular sharing of best practice and competitor reviews
  • Maintaining accurate commercial forecasting, working closely with supply to co-ordinate stock and anticipate risks
  • Landing the company business objectives to ensure annual targets are achieved/exceeded
  • Preparing and delivering all required sales reporting and analysis, also utilising sales and category data to provide insight and build compelling stories

YOUR PROFILE

  • Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Great attention to detail and ability to prioritise
  • Passionate about the beauty and cosmetics industry
  • Have experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint abilities
  • Enjoy working within a close-knit team with a positive attitude
  • Enjoy proactively making decisions and solving problems using initiative

COMPLEMENTARY INFORMATION

  • Permanent Full Time Position
  • Start Date : January 2026
  • Location : London, UK
  • Compensation : to be discussed during the interview, depending on experience

24 days of annual leave, up to 27 days after 3 years.

3 paid sick days each calendar year.

8 weeks maternity leave of full pay & up to 12 weeks after 2 years.
