We are partnering with an innovative semiconductor manufacturer to find a skilled Photolithography Process Engineer.

This role is based at their state-of-the-art wafer fabrication facility in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

You will oversee the introduction and qualification of new photolithography equipment and processes.

Lead technology and product development projects to deliver innovative process solutions.

Collaborate with production staff, engineers, and technicians to support wafer fab manufacturing.

Implement lean manufacturing principles and process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.

Participate actively in process and product development procedures to ensure successful transfer from development to production.

What We're Looking For

Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in photolithography processes.

Proven ability to lead project teams and provide technical expertise and coaching to junior engineers and technicians.

Sound knowledge of i-line and DUV lithography materials, methods, and systems.

Practical knowledge of CD and overlay metrology systems.

Experience in equipment selection, commissioning, and process setup.

Proficiency in statistical process control techniques and data analysis tools such as MiniTab or JMP.

Desirable Skills:

Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.

Background in process development and new product introduction.

Knowledge of automated clean tracks and stepper/scanner-based optical exposure tools.

Experience with e-beam lithography equipment and processes.

Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 18001 standards.
