About the Role:
- Drive frontier research by collecting, curating, and organizing advanced, international physics questions and academic content
- Shape AI training by ensuring scientific rigor, diverse sourcing, and meticulous structuring of complex physics datasets

What You'll Do:
- Research and gather challenging physics questions and source materials from around the world (any language)
- Curate and organize high‑level resources into clear, structured datasets
- Validate scientific accuracy, complexity, and depth of all materials
- Extract step‑by‑step reasoning frameworks from academic sources
Who You Are:
- Medalist/participant in the International Physics Olympiad (IPhO) or PhD holder in any subfield of physics
- Skilled at evaluating the rigor and challenge of scientific problems
- Experience working with multilingual or international resources is a plus
- Meticulous, organized, and passionate about research excellence
