Planner/PMO Analyst

Located in Wimborne, Dorset, Eaton's Aerospace division is a global leader in aerospace fuel systems, renowned for delivering fully integrated solutions for both fixed and rotary-wing aircraft. Our Wimborne facility specialises in cutting-edge air-to-air refuelling systems, advanced refuelling probes, air-to-air and air-to-ground launch systems utilising both pneumatic and pyrotechnic ejection technologies, as well as a range of Defensive Aids Sub-Systems.
What You’ll Do
We’re seeking a skilled Planner/PMO Analyst to join our Programme Management Office, supporting project and programme delivery through structured planning, governance, and reporting. This role is central to maintaining consistency across schedules, risk registers, and reporting processes, while collaborating closely with Programmes, Engineering, Finance, and other key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead monthly planning cadence including schedule updates, risk management, Contract Status Report generation, and Earned Value Management reporting.
- Analyse project data (e.g. critical path, earned value, Schedule Risk Analysis) to forecast outcomes and support decision-making.
- Identify and communicate emerging risks and issues, supporting mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate resource councils and support gated lifecycle management processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO.
Qualifications
- Strong Planning/Scheduling experience and stakeholder management skills
- Engineering manufacturing experience would be advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint; PowerBI
