Job Description

This critical role is established to provide essential support across multiple projects, ensuring seamless collaboration with project managers and stakeholders while managing tracking, mitigating risks, and upholding governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review project performance and precisely classify initiatives, determining their status as Amber or Red.

  • Administer governance processes that encompass managing RAID logs, drafting status reports, and ensuring adherence to project compliance standards.

  • Contribute to the formation and ongoing upkeep of Resource Allocation and Budget (RAB) documentation for assigned projects.

  • Coordinate updates to resource plans across the organization’s comprehensive project portfolio.

  • Assist in budget management by monitoring actual expenditures against planned forecasts.

  • Facilitate project meetings, documenting essential outcomes, and preparing reports for steering committees and key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the role of a PMO Analyst or within a comparable project support capacity.

  • Experience in Business Intelligence (BI) is required.

  • Deep understanding of project lifecycles and governance methodologies.

  • Competent in identifying risks and issues promptly, with strong escalation capabilities.

  • Familiarity with Resource Allocation and Budget (RAB) processes alongside basic financial tracking proficiency.

  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills are vital.

  • Adept at working autonomously in a hybrid work setting.
