Overview

Our client requires an experienced PMO Analyst to join an ongoing service for a key client. START: ASAP. IR35: OUTSIDE IR35. LOCATION: HYBRID - 2 DAYS PER WEEK ON-SITE IN EITHER CHESTER OR LONDON. CLEARANCE: SC.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Management Office by tracking, reporting, assurance, quality control, information management, financial tracking, RAID and change control.
• Work with Portfolio Managers to help and support Project Managers and other team members navigate internal governance processes and satisfy wider Project Group needs.
• Manage stakeholders and the Stage Gate review process, ensuring project and programme readiness to move through governance and handover to Service.
• Inform new I&T team members of processes and standards as part of the onboarding process.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Location: Hybrid - 2 days on-site per week in Chester or London.
• Security clearance: SC (candidates with existing or past high-level clearance are welcome; successful applicants will require security clearance before appointment, which can take up to 10 weeks).
• Start date: ASAP.
• IR35 status: Outside IR35.
