We’re looking for a Policy Research Manager to research hot policy topics, shape agendas, and secure senior speakers – from MPs and ministers to business leaders and policymakers. You’ll take ownership of 40+ flagship events a year, including briefings, roundtables and dinners on themes such as Westminster politics, lobbying, regulation, the economy, and business. At the not for profit membership organisation you’ll be part of a collaborative team, working directly with senior leaders across government, parliament, business, and civil society. Responsibilities

Research hot policy topics and craft content for national events. Shape event agendas and secure senior speakers, including MPs, ministers, business leaders and policymakers. Take ownership of 40+ flagship events a year (briefings, roundtables, dinners). Collaborate with senior leaders across government, parliament, business, and civil society.

Qualifications

Experience creating high-level event content. Passion for politics, government and public affairs. Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid, fast‑paced environment.
