What You’ll Be Doing
This role involves executing strategic initiatives, focusing on significant change programmes such as sustainability, digitisation, AI, and automation.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Portfolio Governance & Reporting: Ensuring all supply chain programmes are aligned, on track, and delivering value.
- Programme Management & Delivery: Collaborating with project owners to shape and deliver impactful initiatives, and leading projects when necessary.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Acting as a liaison across local and global teams, suppliers, and franchisees to ensure alignment and progress.
You will be part of the Strategy Realisation team, a dynamic internal consulting group dedicated to building a faster, smarter, and more sustainable supply chain.
What You’ll Bring
You are a strategic thinker passionate about delivery, thriving in complex environments, solving problems, and leading others through change. You will have:
- Experience managing multiple programmes or projects, preferably in a portfolio or consulting setting.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- A proactive approach, comfortable with ambiguity and driving clarity.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (AgilePM, Prince2) and tools (Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with business change techniques (e.g., BPMN, SIPOC), with bonus points for Power BI or Excel macros knowledge.
