PURPOSE OF JOB:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Power Platform Consultant who will design, develop, and deliver innovative automation solutions and intelligent agents using Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio for our customers. This role focuses on streamlining business processes, enhancing productivity, and enabling customers to leverage AI-driven capabilities. The consultant will work closely with customer stakeholders to understand requirements, build scalable solutions, and ensure successful deployment into production environments. They will champion best practices, governance, and security while driving adoption of low-code technologies. This is a hands-on, customer facing role for someone passionate about automation, AI integration, and delivering measurable business value through modern digital tools.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and Develop Solutions: Build automation workflows, apps, and AI-driven agents using Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
• Customer Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and provide expert guidance.
• Deployment and Support: Ensure solutions are tested, deployed, and transitioned into production environments with minimal disruption.
• Governance and Best Practices: Implement security, compliance, and performance standards across all solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with Power Platform and AI capabilities, driving innovation and adoption within customer environments.

INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement automation workflows, apps, and AI agents using Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
• Engage with customers to capture business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Configure and integrate Power Platform components with other Microsoft 365 and third-party systems.
• Test, troubleshoot, and optimize solutions to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Deploy solutions into production and provide post-implementation support and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data protection standards.
• Stay current with emerging features in Power Platform and AI technologies to drive innovation.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

Professional Qualifications

• PL-200: Power Platform Functional Consultant - DESIRABLE
• PL-900: Power Platforms Fundamentals - DESIRABLE

Years of Experience

• 1 year experience or similar customer centric consultancy focused role - ESSENTIAL

Other Requirements

• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Automate
• Exposure to Copilot Studio
• Experience with Implementing Copilot Studio Agents & Automations (Desirable)
• Experience with the Microsoft Power Apps
• Experience with gathering customer requirements and architecting a solution to fit those requirements.
• Excellent customer service skills and time management
• Can work as part of a Team or as an Individual to meet key deadlines
