Job Title: Practice Nurse - Functional Assessor

Location: Redcar, Civic and Leisure Centre, Ridley Street, Redcar, TS10 1TD

Contract Type: Permanent

Starting salary: £39,000 with OTE up to £46,575

About You

Join Medacs Healthcare as a Practice Nurse - Functional Assessor and use your clinical expertise in a rewarding hybrid role based in Redcar. As an experienced Functional Assessor, you\'ll assess, discuss, and report on how conditions impact daily living through face-to-face or telephone assessments.

• Typing proficiency and IT system navigation skills

Essential Qualifications

• Full UK Right to Work - we are not able to support sponsorship to work in the UK at this time.
• Current and unrestricted NMC registration
• A minimum of 1 year post-registration UK experience (NHS or private healthcare providers)
• Experience in a range of clinical settings and/or specialties
• Applications also welcome from Registered Mental Health Nurses, Registered Learning Disability Nurses, Community Nurses, Registered General Nurses, Community Psychiatric Nurses (CPN's), and District Nurses.
