What you'll be doing:

• Leading and developing a high-performing team of PAs and Admin Assistants
• Working closely with the Director of People & Culture, COO, and Innovation team
• Playing a key role in rolling out new technology, including cutting-edge AI legal software
• Managing performance and ensuring smooth, efficient support across the business

• Strong legal sector experience (essential)
• Proven leadership or supervisory skills
• A confident, approachable style - able to guide and encourage
