Location: Surrey Office (Remote & Hybrid Options Available)
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £25,00 – £27,000 (Based on Experience)

You’ll collaborate with our Medical and Claims teams, handle global queries, and deliver world-class service across phone, email, and digital platforms.

What Your Day Might Look Like
- Manage preauthorisation requests from start to finish—assessing eligibility, confirming benefits, and coordinating care.
- Liaise with members, providers, and underwriters to ensure smooth communication and accurate documentation.
- Deliver empathetic, efficient service across all channels.
- Monitor ongoing cases and escalate complex issues to the Medical Team or leadership.
- Support members in using our online portal and guide them through their claims journey.
- Collaborate with our provider network to contain costs and optimise care.
Essential Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and general office procedures.
- Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure.
- Experience in medical insurance, claims, preauthorisation, or underwriting.
- Language skills (especially German or Spanish) are a plus!
