As our bid and proposal activity continues to scale, we are seeking a Pre‑Sales Executive to join our growing sales and solutioning team. This is a strategic growth hire designed to support increased demand, ensuring our proposals remain best‑in‑class and aligned with our 2026 expansion objectives.

The Pre‑Sales Executive will play a key role in developing, managing, and delivering winning client proposals and RFP responses. Working closely with Sales and the broader commercial and delivery teams, you will support opportunity qualification, proposal development, and client presentations; ensuring quality, consistency and creativity in every bid.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and contribute to bid, RFP, and proposal responses, ensuring alignment with client requirements and internal governance.
  • Work collaboratively across Sales, Delivery, Marketing, and Finance to gather inputs, solution details, and commercial information.
  • Create clear, compelling written content and visual presentations that position Alchemy’s capabilities effectively for clients and partners.
  • Translate SME/technical input into concise, client-focused messaging that highlights value, differentiation, and outcomes.
  • Support storyboarding and proposal design, ensuring brand consistency and a strong visual structure for presentations and pitch materials.
  • Support pipeline qualification and bid/no‑bid decisions with research and proposal strategy inputs.
  • Maintain and enhance the bid library and reusable content; capture win/loss feedback to improve hit rates.
  • Partner with Sales/Finance to align pricing assumptions and ensure a clean hand‑off into delivery.
  • Track proposal performance and feedback, identifying opportunities to continuously improve our win rate and proposal quality.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on case studies, proof points, and market messaging aligned to the Alchemy–NTT DATA partnership.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience supporting bids/tenders/RFPs in consulting, technology, or professional services.
  • Insurance/Financial Services/Banking background strongly preferred.
  • Guidewire familiarity a significant plus.
  • Demonstrable ability to build or use estimation models (Excel/Sheets) and to sanity‑check assumptions with SMEs.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with a sharp client‑outcomes focus.
  • Strong collaboration skills; comfortable working with senior stakeholders, subject matter experts, and cross‑functional teams.
  • Confident using PowerPoint, Word, and visual tools to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Experience capturing SME input and turning complex information into clear, value‑driven stories.
  • Highly organised and proactive; able to manage multiple bids and priorities under pressure.
  • Creative thinker who enjoys shaping storylines, designing structure, and improving processes.
  • Multilingual would be an advantage for international growth.
