Overview

Emerging Insurtech seeking a technical Pricing/Data Science professional to join a small, high-performing team. The role combines traditional actuarial pricing with machine learning techniques to drive business results. The in-house pricing system uses Emblem GLM models alongside Python-based machine learning models.

Location and work arrangement

Office based in London, with the role able to be fully remote.

Required skills

• Proactive self-starter with a can-do attitude — essential for thriving in a small team environment where initiative and independent working are key.
• Strong technical pricing background, ideally with experience using WTW Emblem; retail pricing and/or exposure to data science techniques (e.g. machine learning, Python) within a pricing context is highly desirable.
• 3 to 8 years of experience within personal lines insurance is required.
