Description:
We are seeking a Principal Automation Engineer with a strong background as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET). The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of automation testing strategies, ensuring high standards of software quality through automated testing solutions across various testing types including system, regression, integration, and performance testing.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies to ensure software quality.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate automated testing into the development lifecycle.
- Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools.
- Design load testing approaches to ensure application reliability and performance.
- Support security testing initiatives, including PEN testing.
- Work with third-party vendors and partners to ensure standards compliance and seamless integration.
- Mentor QA engineers in automation best practices and skill development.
- Support CI/CD processes to facilitate continuous deployment and testing.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in writing and implementing test strategies.
- Extensive automation experience, particularly with Playwright and transitioning from Selenium.
- Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.
- Performance testing experience, ideally using Azure JMeter.
- API testing expertise with Postman.
- Strong cross-browser and device testing skills using Browserstack.
- Experience with Azure cloud technologies such as Functions, Service Bus, and ADF.
- Proficiency in C#, SQL, NUnit, and React.
