Principal Consultant - White Collar Construction

Our Nottinghamshire-based client is seeking a Principal Consultant / Team Leader to lead and build a White Collar Construction Contract & Perm desk from the ground up.

Location: Nottinghamshire (Hybrid working available)

Package: Up to £60k basic salary + car allowance + uncapped commission

What you’ll do:

• Lead, mentor and grow a small team of recruitment consultants
• Develop and execute business development strategy within the construction sector
• Manage both contract and permanent recruitment processes end-to-end
• Build strong client relationships and deliver high-quality service
• Contribute to company growth by identifying new opportunities and driving results

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in construction recruitment (contract and/or perm)
• Strong leadership potential or experience managing a small team
• Strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach
• Ambitious, driven and passionate about building something from the ground up
• Full Right to Work in the UK is essential – sponsorship is not available for this role
