We have hubs in Europe, the US, Asia and Australia, and we work all around the world – from a wind farm in Wyoming to a boardroom in Berlin. We’re building a corporate technology company that protects our data, advances sustainability and transforms how we work.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement CI/CD pipelines across AWS and Azure environments, with GCP and others in near future.
- Lead repository management, branching strategies, and code quality initiatives.
- Design and deploy IaC solutions using Terraform, ensuring repeatable, secure builds.
- Collaborate with platform architects, network engineers, and cyber teams to deliver robust, compliant cloud platforms.
- Mentor and guide DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of automation and continuous improvement.
- Oversee environment provisioning, monitoring, and incident response.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external certifications (e.g., ISO27001, SOC2).
- Drive FinOps practices to optimise cloud spend and resource allocation.
- Champion the “no clickops” principle—automation and IaC only.
Your Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience in DevOps roles, including multi‑cloud (AWS/Azure) environments, with current certifications held.
- Proven expertise in CI/CD pipeline design and management.
- Advanced skills in repository management (GitHub, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Deep knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
- Strong understanding of cloud networking, security, and compliance.
- Experience mentoring and leading technical teams.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
