Role Overview:

Our Principals play a key role in shaping projects within an account, co-leading the creation of medical content across various therapy areas, providing strategic insights, and managing client relationships. This position suits proactive communicators who enjoy managing writing teams, ensuring quality, and acting as primary client contacts. Principals can specialize in content development, team leadership, or strategic thinking.
