  • Produce flood risk assessments and planning documentation.
  • Conduct inspections, site surveys, and technical assessments, producing detailed reports to inform design and project delivery.
  • Review, check, and approve designs produced by others, providing feedback and ensuring technical excellence.
  • Lead the preparation of tenders and fee proposals to support business growth.

Profile / Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Causeway Flow or MicroDrainage (Causeway Flow preferred).
  • Skilled in AutoCAD Civil 3D, with proven experience in drainage design for residential, commercial, or other building projects.
  • Knowledge of flood risk assessments and planning support.
  • For the Principal level: proven experience leading and developing a team.
  • Ideally Chartered (ICE) or working towards it.
  • Sector experience in planning support and drainage design is preferred, but applicants with building or broader infrastructure backgrounds are welcome.
  • A client-focused approach, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Full UK driving licence and own transport.
  • Fluency in English and the permanent right to work in the UK, alongside UK project experience.
