The Team

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing next-generation radar technology by shaping the architecture and implementation of advanced signal processing platforms. You’ll work across the full engineering lifecycle, applying systems engineering principles and collaborating with experts to bring complex algorithms to life. If you’re passionate about cutting-edge technology, real-time systems, and seeing your work integrated into mission-critical radar solutions, this role offers both challenge and impact.

BAE Systems’ Radar Sector is advancing next-generation radar and sensor systems, offering the opportunity to work on projects across the engineering lifecycle, supporting both UK and export markets.

Our workplace in Cowes is an easily accessible commute from Southampton with a regular foot passenger ferry and BAE shuttle service from the ferry terminal to site.
