Job Description:

Established and well-known property consultancy with over 300 staff across the UK is investing in their in-house structural design team to expand. The Oxford team currently has 5 engineers and plans to grow to around 20 staff.

This role is for an experienced Principal Structural Engineer with strong steel and concrete design skills. You will be involved in project management, fee proposals, team mentoring, and helping to shape the division's growth. Projects include industrial and energy sectors, with future plans to diversify into mainstream buildings.

Qualifications include good steel and concrete design skills and Chartered status or nearing it. Excellent communication skills are essential.
