What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and administer the DOORS Classic database for Dreadnought Combat Systems.
- Develop the DOORS database to produce and tailor information to support business reporting and the wider acceptance process.
- Support the Requirements and Acceptance Team to achieve acceptance of the Dreadnought Combat System.
- Guide engagements with wider business stakeholders on developing the toolset requirements capability to support the programme throughout its life.
- Support the development of the wider engineering community on the use of DOORS.
Essential
- Extensive experience using IBM Rational DOORS Classic 9.6/9.7 as SME user or administrator, including use of RPE and ReqIF.
- Clear understanding of the systems engineering lifecycle and requirement management to acceptance.
- Significant experience within Systems Engineering.
Desirable
- Previous experience using Jira, Confluence, Enterprise Architect.
- Understanding of engineering governance processes and strategies.
- Knowledge of Combat Systems.
