Responsibilities

• Leading planning applications, appeals, and site promotion work
• Preparing reports, appraisals, and planning strategies
• Managing pre-application submissions, enforcement, and listed building consents
• Representing clients at meetings, site visits, and hearings
• Mentoring junior staff and reviewing their work
• Building your pipeline through business development and networking

About You

• MRTPI qualified with planning consultancy experience
• Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
• Strong commercial awareness and client-focused advice
• Excellent communication skills
• Organised, proactive, and deadline-driven
• Mentoring skills and willingness to travel
