We are Camunda — where your work will have real impact. Picture yourself at a company where your work isn’t just another task on a list, but a key driver of transformation for hundreds of organizations. Your work will directly shape how hundreds of enterprises like Atlassian, NASA, and Goldman Sachs orchestrate their most critical processes to drive digital transformation.
In 2024, we crossed the $100 million ARR milestone and have received recognition including GP Bullhound’s 2024 Top 100 Next Unicorn list, Flexa’s flexible workplace stamp, and Great Place to Work certifications in the USA and UK. As a fully remote, global company, we’re rewriting the rules of how modern businesses operate.
We are growing fast and on a mission to find the very best talent. If you’re ready to bring bold ideas to a fast-paced, dynamic team, keep reading — this role could be the one you’ve been waiting for.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build Camunda’s VE Services & Assets — as the 2nd hire to the VE team, help build foundational services, assets and processes. Develop standardized, reusable assets (service overviews, processes, financial models, sample deliverables); establish internal processes and tools (GTM reporting, VE request process, Value asset repository); and support onboarding of new VE team members.
- Evangelize and Drive Adoption of VE with GTM teams — drive awareness, buy-in and adoption across GTM; communicate what VE is, why it matters, and when to use it; coach account teams on VE services and framing business outcomes; deliver quick wins to demonstrate impact.
- Deliver VE Services with Customers — engage in business outcome–focused conversations; partner with account teams to identify VE opportunities; lead technical (e.g., TCO analysis) and business-focused (e.g., value proposition, strategic roadmap) VE engagements through research, workshops, process mapping and value analysis; develop executive-ready deliverables and present recommendations to stakeholders.
- Be a trusted advisor — elevate Camunda’s value story, gain stakeholder buy-in, and guide business outcomes; provide industry-focused POVs and influence through a consultative selling approach; remain engaged post-deal to support long-term transformation.
