Job Description:

Location: UK Remote/Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of AR&M / Supportability engineering, including analysis for complex systems.
• Conduct ILS activities in accordance with UK and international standards such as DEF 00-600, 00-40, 00-42, 00-44, and ASD S3000L.
• Perform AR&M analysis to support system engineering processes and influence design decisions.
• Develop and maintain AR&M and Supportability Case Reports.
• Manage Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) activities.
• Develop maintenance concepts, plans, and assessments like LCC and TLS.
• Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and program teams to incorporate supportability considerations.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders.
• Support design reviews and customer meetings by presenting ILS evidence and guidance.
• Mentor and guide engineers within the supportability team.

Skills, Qualifications & Knowledge:

Preferably, candidates should have a degree in engineering or science and relevant industry experience. Additional preferred areas include:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Experience applying AR&M methodologies in complex projects.
• Ability to influence design and support solutions through AR&M and supportability analysis.
• Experience with Logistic Support Analysis techniques such as RCM, LORA, MTA, and others listed.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, BoM, and schematics understanding.
• Knowledge of Availability, Reliability, Maintainability, and Testability analyses.
• Proficiency with AR&M tools like FMECA, FTA, and others listed.
• Experience with electronic systems, especially RF, is desirable.
• Familiarity with tools like Teamcenter, MATLAB, JIRA, Python, etc.
