Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive (2 3+ PQE)

Location: Essex / Suffolk border
Salary: £40,000 £70,000 + performance bonus
Contract: Permanent, 4 5 days per week

Are you a qualified Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2 3+ years PQE, ready to manage a varied caseload across Wills, Probate, Estates, and LPAs?

Handle taxable and non-taxable estates, intestate estates, LPAs, and estate administration. Experience in trusts or deputyship is a bonus. Hybrid flexibility possible for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Advise and manage Wills, Probate, Estates, and LPAs.
• Handle estate administration and client support.

Qualifications

• 2 3+ years PQE in Private Client work.
• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive.
• Strong knowledge of Wills, Estates, LPAs.
• Excellent client care, organisational, and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to work independently.
