Private Client Solicitor – NQ–2PQE | Top 100 Law Firm | Nottingham | £53,000–£56,000 | Hybrid (2 days in office)


Are you a driven Private Client Solicitor between NQ- 3 years’ PQE looking to join a leading Legal 100 firm? This is your chance to become part of a highly ranked Private Client team in Nottingham, working on a hybrid basis (only 2 days a week in the office) with a clear path for progression and exposure to top-tier work.


Your responsibilities will include:


Advising on wills, trusts, gifts, probate, powers of attorney, and personal tax (including income, CGT, and IHT)

Resolving complex issues in trust law and tax planning

Providing clear, commercially relevant, and technically sound advice

Translating client needs into effective legal solutions

Supporting other teams where relevant, such as providing technical input to the professional indemnity team


What We’re Looking For


NQ–3 PQE solicitor with some experience in wills, trusts, and estate planning

Strong team player: committed, flexible, and focused on results

A confident communicator who builds strong client and internal relationships

Detail-oriented with the ability to think laterally and support multiple disciplines


Willingness to participate in business development, marketing, and working from other offices where needed


Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ideally a case management system
